What is coaching?
The most successful people in the world have some type of support system. Let’s take a famous swimmer like Ian Thorpe, for example. Nobody would have expected him to win several gold medals, if he had swum 20 km all by himself every day. Yet, many people expect that something extraordinary will happen in their lives by toiling through the difficulties by themselves. Coaching can offer you the feedback, perspectives, encouragement, practise and challenges you need to achieve the results you are looking for.
How often – on average – do people actively try to find a better job before they give up?
My guess is that the figure ranges below 1. Why? Because most people never try! Finding a better job can be tough… if you really want to do it, you may need some resiliance and keep on going. And you’ll need a good plan.
